We at TCM have just moved into our completely newly renovated premises in central Söderhamn, featuring a large, newly renovated, state-of-the-art bicycle workshop where we assemble, pack, and service bicycles that we ship throughout Sweden. We are a team of about 20 employees in Söderhamn, of whom nearly 10 are mechanics – and now we are looking for you who want to become part of our team.

As a bicycle assembler with us, you are part of the heart of the operation, working in the workshop primarily assembling new premium bicycles. We place great value on delivering first-class quality and service to all our customers through the bicycles we sell and deliver, and the assembly workshop is therefore one of the cornerstones of our business. In addition to assembling new bicycles, there are also good opportunities to combine this with service and repairs, as well as retail work in our shop.

Main responsibilities:

• Assemble new bicycles for customers (for pickup in the store or for shipping to customers in Sweden or Europe).
• Fine-tune and quality test bicycles for delivery.
• Assemble customer-selected accessories.
• Pack bicycles in boxes for delivery to customers.
• Help out where needed in the form of service/repairs, warehouse work, retail, events, administration, and other tasks. You are flexible and find it natural to step in where needed – we are a growing company with great opportunities and a lot happening.

About you

To succeed in this role, you are a careful and technically interested person. You do not necessarily need to be a cyclist or have prior experience as a bicycle mechanic, but this is an advantage. A prerequisite is good technical understanding and interest.

You take great personal responsibility and are used to working efficiently even during the season when there is high tempo and a lot to do. You are just as concerned as we are that all products we hand over to our customers should maintain the highest quality.

Who is TCM?

TCM is a company with big ambitions and strong growth. We are located in two places in Sweden – Tyresö and Söderhamn – and depending on the season, we have a total of 30-40 employees. The company currently sells bicycles and bicycle accessories for 115 million SEK via our e-commerce, where the majority of sales occur online and we ship bicycles and accessories to customers throughout Sweden.

In Söderhamn, we have our headquarters, warehouse, and a shop, where we have just moved into Granvägen 1 in central Söderhamn. The premises have been completely renovated and tailored to our operations with a new, spacious workshop, new shop, new offices, staff areas, warehouse, etc.

Söderhamn is beautifully located by the sea, two hours north of Stockholm, 45 minutes from Gävle, and 30 minutes from Hudiksvall. TCM's new premises are within a 10-minute walk from the train station and bus stop, offering great commuting opportunities.
