Capio ASIH Norrort is now seeking specialists who want to work in an engaged, multidisciplinary team and contribute to the development of advanced home healthcare. Capio ASIH Norrort consists of four ASIH teams (Sollentuna, Täby, S:t Göran, and Västerort) as well as a palliative care unit at Sollentuna Hospital. We provide advanced medical care in patients' home environments, around the clock, every day of the year – functioning as an extended arm of the hospitals.

Our work is based on multidisciplinary teams with doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, and social workers. We have a flat organization, present managers, and a strong team culture where collaboration, respect, and learning are a natural part of everyday life.

As a physician within Capio ASIH Norrort, you have overall medical responsibility for patients with complex care needs at home. You work closely with other professionals in the team and have a leading role in planning, following up, and developing patients' care based on individual care plans.

The work involves home visits, rounds, and collaboration with relatives and other caregivers. You meet patients both physically and digitally. Working hours are mainly scheduled on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with on-call duties approximately 2–3 shifts per month according to the schedule. There is a good opportunity to influence both scheduling and working methods.

We are in an exciting development phase where digital working methods and the development of palliative care are important focus areas.

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Are a licensed physician with specialist competence in e.g., geriatrics, oncology, general medicine, internal medicine, or emergency medicine

• Have at least two years of experience as a specialist (preferably longer)

• Have experience or interest in palliative care and ASIH

• Are confident in making independent medical decisions

• Enjoy teamwork and have good collaboration skills

• Have a soft, respectful approach and easily build trusting relationships

Meritorious:

• Additional specialization in palliative medicine

• Previous work within ASIH

• Interest in digital development and new working methods

A valid driver's license (B) is required. We work in the TakeCare journal system and use Tandem as support in the operations.
