About Us

Join us in spreading joy through food in elderly care! We are looking for you who want to work as a summer cook.

With us, you will prepare traditional dishes, bake, and create desserts from scratch using high-quality and real ingredients.

Your tasks include preparing and serving delicious and nutritious meals to our customers. In our kitchens, you will cook from scratch, have seasonal menus, and actively work to reduce food waste. Your responsibilities will also include dishwashing, cleaning, and self-control. Since the operation runs every day of the year, you will work on various scheduled shifts within the time frame of 06:00–17:30 and some weekends.

With our summer jobs, you will become a master at meeting people and will carry with you sunny stories that brighten your summer. There is also an opportunity to continue as a substitute in the fall.

We have workplaces all over Gothenburg, so you have every opportunity to work where it suits you. It should be fun to go to work, and we are looking for someone who can bring joy and has the willingness to learn!

About You

You work well with others by listening, showing interest, and respect. You are positive, solution-focused, and willing to help. When the workday turns out differently than planned, you can adjust your approach and see the opportunities in the change. You plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively. Whatever you start, you always make sure to finish.

We also have some requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old before June 1, 2026, in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations regarding minors' working environment (AFS 2023:2, chapter 8)
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form is required as the job involves passing information on to colleagues
• Good digital competence as you need to handle various IT systems
• Education or ongoing education as a cook

Meritorious but not required:

• Work experience from large kitchens or restaurants
• Work experience in food handling, hygiene, and senior meals
