ICA Kvantum Skövde is looking for a Restaurant Assistant

for Urban Bistro

ICA Kvantum in Skövde is a family business with about 80 employees. We continuously strive to be Skövde's best grocery store for those who want to live a little better.

We are now looking for colleagues who want to work extra and during the summer at Urban Bistro, located at the store's entrance, where we aim to inspire our guests with street food.

Job Responsibilities:

As a restaurant assistant with us, you will assist and contribute to the daily operations of the Bistro regarding operations, service, seasoning, and quality, in collaboration with the department manager for the bistro.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience and knowledge in the restaurant/cooking field
• Has good analytical skills and computer knowledge.
• Has excellent guest service skills
• Is physically fit as heavy lifting occurs daily

The position involves working with food preparation, cash handling, restaurant oversight, production, serving responsibilities, and logistics.

You should be outgoing, enjoy working both in a team and independently, be structured, and have a sense of order. Enjoy meeting guests, be highly service-oriented, engaged, strong-willed, like a fast pace, and be able to lead others.
