Summer Job in a Marine Environment – YachtCharter Gothenburg

Start: Introduction and extra work during the spring, with the possibility of continued employment after summer

YachtCharter Gothenburg is looking for responsible and driven employees for a varied summer job in a marine environment. The role is broad and practical and not a traditional receptionist job. The work requires a high work ethic, flexibility, and the ability to take responsibility in a sometimes fast-paced environment.

You will be an important part of the daily operations and contribute to ensuring that our guests have a professional, safe, and well-organized experience.

Job Responsibilities

– Guest reception from arrival to departure

– Check-in and check-out, bookings, and basic administration

– Service, upselling, and guiding guests

– Breakfast service and handling of the espresso machine as well as basic cooking

– Cleaning of accommodations and common areas according to high quality standards

– Ensure order, cleanliness, safety, and comfort

– Identify and report practical issues

We are looking for someone who

– Is practical, meticulous, and good at cleaning

– Is willing to work with both service and cleaning

– Has a very high work ethic and takes responsibility for details

– Is stress-resistant, solution-oriented, and self-driven

– Has a professional and unpretentious demeanor

– Enjoys varied tasks and physical work

– Is flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends

Requirements

– Very good Swedish and English spoken

– SENSE OF SERVICE

– Ability to work structured and independently

Preferred Qualifications

– Experience in service, cleaning, tourism, or marine operations

– Experience from the sea or boating
