In the heart of Gothenburg, with the Opera, Ullevi, Scandinavium, and the Swedish Exhibition Centre within comfortable walking distance, you will find the historic ProfilHotels Opera. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel, you will also find the popular shopping center Nordstan, Gothenburg Central Station, and Drottningtorget, a true hub of the city's public transport.

As a Supervisor for our breakfast department, you will be responsible for the hotel's breakfast operations and report directly to the hotel's Restaurant Manager.

You will be part of the daily operations and see it as a given to be on the floor taking care of breakfast, guests, and staff. You will also be responsible for staffing, planning service & quality development, orders, and coaching your team. Not least, you will get to help create the world's best breakfast! You are a person who is passionate about service and always goes the extra mile for the hotel's guests. You are of course good at planning and are structured as a person. To thrive in our team, you love service, are unpretentious, positive, brave, and enthusiastic.

The job will include:

• planning and leading the operational breakfast service
• taking care of our guests and providing them with an unforgettable experience
• working towards increased profitability and ensuring the department meets its set goals

Working hours are varied but mostly during daytime, early mornings, and with shifts on certain weekends.
