Customer Receptionist / Service Advisor at Mekonomen Car Workshop!
We are looking for a service-oriented and car-savvy customer receptionist/service advisor who wants to become an important part of our workshop team.
Responsibilities:
- Receive customers and manage bookings
- Create work orders and provide quotes
- Offer advice on service and repairs
Maintain ongoing contact with both customers and mechanics.
Qualifications:
- Experience from a car workshop or customer reception
- Good technical understanding of cars
- Structured, communicative, and service-focused
- Valid driver's license (B)
