We are looking for someone who is cheerful, outgoing, and driven, and wants to work as a customer representative at a successful company in the automotive industry in southern Stockholm.

Job Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as a customer representative will include providing service and customer interaction at a well-known company in Stockholm. Your tasks will involve booking customers for workshop visits via phone, receiving and handing over cars, and processing payments. Your work will take place in the workshop's computer system as well as via phone and email. A strong focus will be on service and customer satisfaction.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone who has previously worked in a service-oriented role. You have a very good sense of service and the attitude to always look for solutions. We believe you are a person who is passionate about working with people and service. You are comfortable reaching out to new people and thrive in a flexible work environment. You speak and write fluently in Swedish.

Application and Start Date
This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible. Working hours are scheduled during weekdays, Monday to Friday. You will receive a secure employment with Starfinder and a consultant manager who will support you along the way to a successful career.
