Finspång Municipality is looking for a qualified nursing assistant.

Experience in healthcare and social services or similar fields is an advantage. For the position as a nursing assistant, computer skills are desirable, and you must be proficient in the Swedish language in both speech and writing. A driver's license for either automatic or manual transmission is required.

What can we offer you?

We are looking for a team member for Betarens home care service. The workplace is at the Metallen building on Sjöviksvägen in Finspång. We primarily travel to our clients by car, but cycling and walking may occur. With us, we take responsibility and are engaged with the client in focus. Your future tasks

You will work as a nursing assistant in home care, where you will perform approved care and support services for clients in their homes. Your tasks will include personal care, social support, meal preparation, escorting, delegated medical tasks, and service tasks such as shopping. You will document in the operational system Lifecare and use Lifecare Mobile Care (LMO) and participate in creating implementation plans together with the client. The position also includes being the primary care contact for a selection of clients. Work will occur during the day and evening, as well as every other weekend according to a schedule.

You should be willing to be independent and have good collaboration skills with clients who have various functional variations and colleagues.
