In this advertisement, we are recruiting property workers for all management areas from June to August, and the substitutes will vary in length, 4–10 weeks, so we appreciate flexibility regarding availability.

Your main responsibilities:

Green space work such as lawn mowing, maintenance of flower beds, and pruning of bushes. You are responsible for ensuring that our residential areas and common spaces are safe, tidy, and well-maintained. LKF offers you a positive work environment and an opportunity to gain experience in the property industry. Your profile:

To thrive and do a great job as a property worker, we see that you are service-oriented, proactive, and meticulous. You are a team player who enjoys working in a group while also being able to work independently. For us, it is important to have a diverse workforce with employees of different ages, backgrounds, and personalities.

As a property worker, you should have good knowledge of Swedish. You should also have previous experience in similar work or familiarity with machines such as tractors and ride-on lawnmowers. A driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle or a tractor license is highly meritorious and, in most cases, a prerequisite for performing the tasks. You must be at least 18 years old to apply for this position.
