Job Description

Do you thrive on responsibility, a fast pace, and leading others? Then this job might be for you!
Are you an experienced forklift operator with knowledge of counterbalance and reach trucks? As a team leader, you will be responsible for both employees and the production flow in the warehouse. You will lead and support the team while also participating in the daily work of loading, unloading, order picking, and delivery management. The role combines practical work with planning, follow-up, and administrative tasks, giving you a varied and responsible daily routine.
The workplace is located outside Vetlanda, and the position is a full-time day job.

The work also includes administrative tasks, often via computer, so you should feel comfortable with basic logistics administration and digital systems. There will also be heavier lifting as order picking is done manually, so being in good physical shape and enjoying active work is important.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the warehouse and employees
• Loading and unloading goods
• Transport and placement of pallets in the warehouse
• Order picking and handling of material flows
• Administrative tasks related to logistics
• Contact with suppliers and reconciliation of deliveries

Qualifications

To be considered for the position, you should have:

• Leadership experience or interest in leading and coaching a team
• Experience with counterbalance and reach trucks
• Work safely, accurately, and responsibly
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with varied tasks
• Be in good physical shape
• Be comfortable with administrative tasks and computer use
• Be able to communicate in Swedish verbally
• Driver's license
