About us

Posti Logistics is looking for a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our team in Skillingaryd. In this role, you will be a key player in planning and managing our daily operations.

About the role

As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for several key tasks including planning and leading the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that the business operates efficiently and that quality and safety standards are maintained. You will also monitor staff performance, conduct analyses of business results, and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, the role involves coaching and developing employees, creating a positive work environment, and collaborating with other departments to optimize processes. Implementing and following up on routines and work methods to ensure sustainable and profitable operations is also central to the position.

Your profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have previous experience as a leader in warehousing or logistics.
• Have experience in 3PL
• Are safety and quality conscious.
• Are fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form.
• Have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

We consider it an advantage if you have...

• Completed a leadership training program
• Strong experience with warehouse systems
• Completed a work environment training
• Class B driver's license and forklift license.
• Experience with Jeeves, OnGoing, and/or Astro

You should be structured and have an analytical mindset to optimize processes and solve problems effectively. Additionally, it is important to be communicative and build good relationships in the workplace, as well as have a high degree of responsibility and commitment to both safety and results. Being flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment is also crucial.
