At Eterni Sweden, we are looking for an employee for the spare parts department at our client in Sävsjö

Our client is seeking a positive and engaged employee for their spare parts department. Do you want to be part of a company on an exciting growth journey? Here you will have the opportunity to work in an important part of their logistics group and contribute to ensuring smooth and efficient customer deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack spare parts and manage these in the business system Jeeves

• Order management and transport booking of spare parts orders

• Inventory management, including receiving incoming goods

• Conduct inventories to ensure accurate stock levels

• Participate in improvement work within the department

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is responsible, structured, and enjoys taking ownership of their tasks. You are independent but also collaborate well with others. The role requires attention to detail and a good eye for details as you will be responsible for ensuring spare parts deliveries occur in the correct quantity and at the right time.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have good computer skills. The work is varied and includes both administrative tasks and practical warehouse work.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who appreciates change, development, and contributing to common goals.

About the position

The position at our client's spare parts warehouse is a full-time consulting assignment initially for 6 months. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden and work as a consultant at our client. After 6 months, our client intends to offer a permanent position.
