We are now looking for a confident and committed Production Manager for one of our clients. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for leading and developing a department with a focus on efficiency, quality, and employee satisfaction.

The position combines close, operational leadership with responsibility for personnel, results, and budget. You will work in an organization where structure, collaboration, and customer focus are crucial for success.

About the role

As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations within your department and ensure that the business is conducted according to set goals and processes. You will lead, coach, and develop your employees and continuously work on improvements in work methods and flows.

You will closely collaborate with the client's logistics function, logistics unit manager, and logistics coordinator to ensure efficient processes and strong customer relationships. An important part of the role is to follow up on results, quality, and working environment, as well as to create conditions for a sustainable and engaging work climate.

The role involves both operational work in the business and responsibility for administrative aspects related to personnel, results, and budget.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in personnel responsibility who thrives in a leadership role within production or logistics. You are used to coaching, motivating, and creating clarity in your team.

As a leader, you are structured, communicative, and clear in your expectations. You have a high level of engagement, self-drive, and a good ability to prioritize even when the pace is high.

We would like you to:

• Have experience working as a production manager or in a similar role

• Be accustomed to working with goals, follow-ups, and results

• Be analytical and solution-oriented

• Have good computer skills, especially within the Office suite

• Be proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

The position is a full-time consulting assignment via Pokayoke with placement at the client. The work mainly takes place during the day, with some flexibility based on the needs of the business. Start is immediate according to agreement.
