Do you want to take full responsibility for an operational business and lead a team towards clear goals in quality, efficiency, and results?

We are now looking for a Production Leader for one of our clients in Jönköping. This is a direct recruitment, which means you will be employed directly by our client. You will join an established and growing business where leadership, structure, and development are in focus.

About the role

As a Production Leader, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operations within your department. You will ensure that the business operates according to set goals, processes, and quality requirements while leading and developing your team.

You will work closely with the business and combine operational leadership with responsibility for personnel, results, and budget. The role involves close collaboration with internal functions such as logistics management and coordinators, where you together ensure efficient flows and high delivery precision.

An important part of the role is to work systematically with follow-up, improvement work, and to create a work environment where employees thrive, develop, and perform.

Responsibilities

As a Production Leader, you will, among other things:

  • Lead, coach, and develop employees in daily operations

  • Ensure that the business meets set goals regarding productivity, quality, and delivery

  • Be responsible for staffing, planning, and resource optimization

  • Follow up on results, key figures, and deviations and take action as needed

  • Actively work on improvement initiatives and development of processes and working methods

  • Ensure a good work environment and an engaged team

  • Handle administrative tasks related to personnel, operations, and results

Who are you

We are looking for someone who is a confident and present leader with experience in leading operational businesses within production, logistics, or similar environments.

You are structured, clear, and have a good ability to create engagement and responsibility in your team. You work solution-oriented and have a natural drive to develop both the business and employees.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience in personnel responsibility in an operational business

  • Experience working with goals, follow-up, and result management

  • Good structure and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach

  • Good system proficiency and knowledge of the Office suite

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
