Being efficient in your administration is a prerequisite for the role. You need to have a good ability to keep track of tasks both in the short and long term, and be comfortable with occasionally needing to reprioritize.

The role involves variation where you work both administratively and operationally in production, for example with picking or inbound deliveries.

Since your work is often a prerequisite for others' work, you enjoy social contexts and have an unpretentious attitude. At the same time, you can independently take responsibility for and drive your own tasks.

You will primarily work with Inbound and Outbound activities, including:

•       Receiving notifications and purchase orders and conducting preparatory intake

•       Order monitoring, transport booking, and notifying customers

•       Handling transport deviations including tracking and troubleshooting of goods

•       Managing customs & hazardous goods administration
