Calceos is looking for 2 sales associates:

Men’s Shoes & Accessories

Position 1: This is a permanent position for 25 hours a week, with a 6-month probationary period. Start date: As agreed.

Position 2: This is a permanent position for 12 hours a week + 10 hours (Temporary until December 2026), with a 6-month probationary period. Start date: As agreed.

Men’s Shoes & Accessories offers shoes and accessories in the premium and luxury segments. We are very keen on nurturing our customer relationships, and a visit to us should be an experience, something to remember and worth coming back to.

As a sales associate, you are a sales-driven and service-oriented team player. You are competitive and used to working towards and achieving goals. You have a good ability to inspire and motivate your colleagues with your positive energy.

Job Responsibilities

· Personal sales of shoes and accessories.

· Drive towards both individual and collective goals.

· Engage with customers on the sales floor and deliver world-class service.

· Maintain good order in the store and contribute to good inventory management.

· Natural ability to build good relationships and experience in personal sales.

· Passionate about sales and driven to deliver world-class service.

· Contributes positive energy and joy.

· A willingness and curiosity for continuous learning and contributing to the department's success.

· A sense of trends and being a good representative when meeting our trend- and style-conscious customers.

Work Experience

· Previous experience in retail.

· Previous experience in selling luxury products/premium segment products.

· Previous experience working towards individual and collective sales goals.
