Job Description:

As a salesperson at BAUHAUS, you have an important and operational role with a lot of customer contact. You are the face of BAUHAUS to our customers and a key player for us. You help them find the right products in our stores. Therefore, it is important that you are service-minded and professional in your approach.

You will be part of a team of skilled employees who all work to make the workday as good as possible for both customers and colleagues. BAUHAUS has a large, varied, and exciting assortment, and no two days are alike. You will thrive with us! Who are we looking for?

To succeed in the role of salesperson, you need to be service- and customer-focused. You are solution-oriented, flexible, and can work independently.

We strive for a mixed age and gender distribution, as well as ethnic and cultural diversity, and great importance will be placed on your personal qualities. It is an extra plus if you are practically inclined and have industry experience and/or have been a craftsman, but it is not a requirement. You need to be at least 18 years old and proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and English, spoken.

The BAUHAUS season starts before summer, so the position will commence in April and last until August. We are looking for someone who can work varied hours, including daytime, evenings, and weekends. The position is part-time.
