We are looking for a solution-oriented and driven administrator with strong communication skills and experience in finance.

About the position:

As an administrator with us, you will have a broad and responsible role where you manage:

• Finance & Orders: Supplier invoices, system administration, and order placement. Support project managers with administrative tasks.
• Customer Contact: Handling bookings via phone and email.
• Business Development: Identify and implement improvements in work processes.

We consider it a strong merit if you have worked as an electrician or have experience in administrative roles within the electrical industry.

The role is based with our client in Stockholm.
