About the position In the role of purchasing assistant, you will work on behalf of our client located in Bromma/Sundbyberg. You will be involved in operational purchasing and have a central role in the organization, acting as the spider in the web with many contact points, both internally and externally. Your tasks will include:
Needs analysis and orders
Order linking and purchase confirmations
Ongoing contact with suppliers
Data maintenance and price updates
Create and update articles and customers in the business system
Administrative work in the business system and Outlook
The work primarily takes place in the business system Pyramid, and it is a significant advantage if you have previous experience with the system. However, the most important thing is that you are familiar with systems and can quickly adapt to new working methods.
About you To succeed in this role, we see that you have prior experience in purchasing, particularly operational purchasing. You have a good understanding of the entire purchasing process and feel confident in setting requirements towards suppliers. You are assertive and willing to engage in dialogues when necessary, while also working according to established routines and processes.

Requirements for the position:
Experience in purchasing work
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
Additionally, it is highly meritorious if you have experience with Pyramid. If you speak additional languages beyond Swedish and English, that is also a plus.
Other The position is a part-time employment of 50%. Working hours are Monday - Thursday 12:00-16:00, Fridays 10:00-14:00. Start immediately.
The workplace is located in Bromma/Sundbyberg. You will become part of a smaller team with good cohesion and community.
