The Fishery, led by Malin Söderström and Carl Ullsten, is a modern, innovative restaurant in an open restaurant landscape, Teatern in Ringens Shopping Center in Skanstull. In the theater, there are 9 other operators such as Marco Badoune, Adam and Albin, and Sayan Isaksson. Each has a clear focus, and ours is seafood. We serve many guests quickly from our small kitchen with food made from scratch. The kitchen is completely open, and all employees interact with the guests. We are a small but close-knit team that works with positivity, precision, and efficiency as our guiding principles. The menu is short but has a wide variety. Some examples are our Crispy Fish, Fish Taco, and Salad with Hot Smoked Salmon. When it comes to drinks, we have chosen to focus primarily on sparkling options such as Cava, Prosecco, and Champagne. Our unit at Brunkebergstorg is based on the same concept as in Teatern, but there we have our own space. The menu and serving style are built in the same way.
