We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist, preferably with experience or interest in working with people.

Within home healthcare, we support and uplift each other. As an occupational therapist, you will work alongside physiotherapists, implementing preventive, habilitative, and rehabilitative measures for individuals under LSS and SOL. You will work with individuals living in special housing, ordinary housing, and those in short-term care, across various ages and diagnoses.

You will work in a team around each patient, all to ensure that the individual has the best possible opportunities for development. The team includes nurses, rehabilitation assistants, case managers, care staff, and area managers. Sometimes you will also have contact with relatives and collaborate with other professionals such as dietitians, physiotherapists, speech therapists, doctors, psychologists, and social workers.

Your responsibilities include:

• assessing and evaluating the need for occupational therapy interventions, such as ADL assessments
• participating in care planning
• selecting, adjusting, and prescribing physical and cognitive aids
• adapting the daily environment

To be suitable for this position, you need to be someone who can easily analyze situations and prefers to see solutions rather than problems. You are attentive and clear, and you find it easy to collaborate.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist.
• You have a B driver's license.
• Professional experience is an advantage.
