About the position

We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager who, together with the Operations Manager and staff, wants to

• Build a team that develops and drives the unit through team-based work and high accessibility

• Work on strategic issues and lead staff towards common goals through delegation of responsibility and projects within the unit

• Drive improvement and change initiatives regarding both productivity and quality

• Develop a learning organization where we collectively enhance daily operations through feedback and shared knowledge

• Coach staff to develop and broaden their skills and ensure that the right level of care and expertise is provided to our patients

We offer a workplace with short decision-making paths where you, together with the Operations Manager and the local management team, drive and develop the operations. The position includes clinical work as a nurse at 50%.

About you

We are looking for a licensed nurse who has the ability to develop the operations towards desired goals and results together with the Operations Manager and staff. As a leader, you are straightforward, clear, and trustworthy with a good ability to structure and prioritize. You are engaged, responsible, and solution-oriented. We prefer that you have clinical experience from primary care.

Experience and competence in the following areas are advantageous:

• Budget and result responsibility

• Personnel responsibility and teamwork

• Improvement and change initiatives

• Patient safety work

• Work environment and personnel matters

• Collaboration with internal and external actors within primary care, municipalities, and regions
