Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager in the daily operations and follow up on the project in all parts of the production process: start, execution, and completion.
• Ensure that projects are executed according to the client's expectations regarding technical performance, quality, environment, work environment, laws, and agreements.
• Drive work environment issues at the workplaces according to the company's goals and action plans.
• Participate in the establishment of schedules and their follow-up.
• Assist in work preparations together with the project staff.
• Approve time reports for own staff.
• Contribute to ensuring that calculations and bids comply with the decision-making process and profitability goals.
• Establish production budgets, review invoices and financial lists.
• Be responsible for financial reconciliation of projects together with the Site Manager.
• Participate in bids and business closures, project reviews, construction meetings, and final meetings with the client.
• Optimize resource allocation within projects and assignments.
• Participate in project closures according to current routines and feedback within the site organization.

Qualifications

• Experience as a site manager in earthworks and construction.
• Post-secondary education of at least two years is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of technology, production, and production economics.
• Experience with personnel responsibility and leading contracting activities.
• Knowledge of the entire contracting process within earthworks and construction projects.
• Knowledge of IT tools.
• Swedish and English in speech and writing.
• Driver's license B.
