Your Future Responsibilities

As a customer service advisor at Länsförsäkringar Uppsala, you will be the first point of contact for customers – either when they come into the office or when they reach out in other ways. You will assist them with personal finance questions and sell products related to savings, loans, and payments. The position is a permanent employment that starts with a probationary period. You will work in our beautiful office located centrally in Uppsala at Muningatan 1.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is driven, flexible, and has an easy time building trust and good relationships. You are energetic, take initiative, and enjoy solving challenges – both simple and more complex. You may have experience in sales and customer service and are curious about the banking industry, or you may already have banking experience and a Swedsec license and want to further develop in advisory and savings.

You are social, solution-focused, results-driven, and enjoy working towards both individual and collective goals. You thrive on many customer contacts and a fast pace, while being meticulous and structured in administration and documentation. You can explain complex matters in a simple way in both speech and writing and have an eye for detail even when there is a lot to do.

As a locally customer-owned company, we want to meet our customers in the best way possible. We need more people who can speak languages other than Swedish, and we would like you to be one of them. In the recruitment process, we always conduct background checks to assess the suitability of the final candidate for the position applied for. Drug and alcohol tests may also be conducted.
