Information about the position
Professionals Nord is seeking an HSE Consultant in collaboration with Vattenfall Services Nordic. In this role, you will work closely with the operational activities and provide support and assistance in matters related to occupational health, environment, and safety. The work involves regular visits to workplaces where you contribute with structure, training, and improvement work. You will also meet the client in the field at various times and play an active role during major disruptions. You will work in southern Norrland and have an important role in ensuring compliance with occupational health and environmental legislation. The role requires physical visits in your region, which means travel is included in the job.

The assignment is part of our personnel leasing. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Vattenfall Services Nordic for at least 6 months. The intention is that you will eventually be able to be employed directly by them, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. Responsibilities

• Work operationally in the field with controls, follow-ups, and training
• Implement HSE requirements related to new agreements
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and environmental legislation
• Work with risk management and support the operations in safe working methods
• Follow up on electrical safety issues and contribute to preventive safety work
• Be a support to the operations in improvement work and pedagogical knowledge transfer
• Actively participate in major disruptions to ensure safe working methods

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience working closely with operations in occupational health, environment, or safety and feels comfortable supporting the operations in the field
• Understands management systems and is accustomed to reading and interpreting requirements in contractual documentation
• Holds a valid driver's license (B)
• ESA
• BAS-P/U
• CPR
• Has experience in improvement work and a pedagogical approach
• Is familiar with the Work Environment Act and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's AFS regulations
• Has knowledge of the Environmental Code and environmental and health protection issues
• Is knowledgeable about electrical safety legislation and risk management
• Has good proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
  

Meritorious:

• Experience in audit work related to HSSEQ
• Experience from the energy, contracting, or electrical power industry
