The Social Administration is responsible for services, support, and assistance to individuals and families in the municipality. Our operations are primarily governed by the Social Services Act, the LSS Act, and the Health and Medical Services Act, and we implement services regulated by these laws. All operations are centered around the individual to meet their needs. The mission involves a strong customer focus and a service spirit.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a social worker in care SoL, you will assess the need for assistance according to the Social Services Act and work from a holistic perspective with the individual's needs at the center (IBIC), as well as follow-up on these. Your tasks include telephone hours, as well as internal and external collaboration, including collaboration with inpatient care. The group you will work in consists of 13 social workers handling cases according to the Social Services Act, two transportation service administrators, one placement coordinator, two fee administrators, an elderly curator, a senior social worker, and a manager. You will work in a team with support from colleagues, a senior social worker, and a manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a degree in social work, occupational therapy, social care, or another higher education that the employer deems equivalent. You find it appealing to work with the target group of the elderly and people with disabilities and are comfortable making quick assessments. Since the position involves broad collaboration, it is important that you have good communication skills and are flexible in your role as an authority. You can express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and are positive towards changing tasks. Experience in authority exercise is an advantage.

A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.
