ABOUT THE POSITION

At Vivant Assistans, we are now looking for engaged female personal assistants for one of our child clients in Linköping.

Our client is a girl who lives with her parents in a quiet residential area. She has double assistance around the clock and needs secure, stable adults around her. She has a tracheostomy (track) and autism, which requires both medical competence and a low-arousal, pedagogical approach.

Now we are looking for:

As a day assistant, you will accompany the girl to school and be her support throughout the school day. You will help her with communication, structure, and security in everyday life. You are an important link between home, school, and other assistants.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in care and nursing

• Preferably has experience with tracheostomy

• Has knowledge of or experience working with children with NPF/autism

• Is calm, attentive, and works in a low-arousal manner

• Understands the importance of structure, clarity, and predictability

• Enjoys working closely with both children and families

As a night assistant, you will be responsible for supervision, care, and monitoring during the night. The work requires that you are confident in medical procedures and can act calmly and professionally when needed.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in care work

• Has worked awake nights before

• Has experience with tracheostomy (highly meritorious)

• Is responsible and confident in independent work

• Can collaborate with others in the team and contribute to a safe care chain

It is very important that you are flexible, quick-thinking, and attentive to how you can best help the client according to their needs. You will sometimes be part of a work team and should therefore also have good collaboration skills.

Working hours and degree of employment: 80%-100%

Salary: The hourly wage is fixed according to agreement. Other compensation is according to collective agreements.

Start date: According to agreement
