As a project manager at Lindner Scandinavia, you will work in a dynamic and technically challenging environment where each project offers new opportunities for learning and personal development. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and driving the design in all parts of the project, focusing on achieving goals within quality, time, and cost. This also involves ongoing contact with both internal and external parties, where you play a key role in coordinating between the project manager, design team, and other stakeholders. You ensure that existing processes and routines are followed while developing project-specific working methods as needed to create effective and well-functioning solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the design from start to final installation
• Ensure that the project meets requirements for quality, time, and cost according to contracts and regulatory requirements
• Drive the design work forward through clear communication and effective collaboration internally and externally
• Be responsible for the schedule, budget, resources, and follow-up within the design
• Ensure quality in drawings, calculations, and other documents
• Manage documentation and identify and prepare materials for changes and additional work (ÄTA)
• Be responsible for quantity take-offs and procurement materials, ensuring correct material specifications
• Collaborate closely with production and installation and conduct site visits
• Contribute to feedback and development of working methods and processes
• Lead, support, and motivate the design team towards set goals

• Has a relevant engineering degree in civil engineering or equivalent
• Has at least ten years of work experience in design and project responsibility within the relevant industry
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as this is used in daily work

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working with software such as Tekla and AutoCAD
