Do you want to represent BE-KIND in your area?

Retail24 is now looking for an ambassador and relationship builder who wants to help develop our presence in local stores in Stockholm and the surrounding area.

In this role, you will plan your own days and visit stores to build good relationships, create understanding of BE-KIND's products, and support the stores with knowledge and inspiration. You will work closely with our Field Sales Manager and become part of an engaged team that is there for you when you need it.

What does the role entail?

As a Sales Consultant, you will be BE-KIND's face in the district. You will work long-term with the needs of the stores and help them find solutions that suit their customers. Your mission is just as much about building trust and being a support in everyday life as it is about ensuring that the products are visible and used correctly.

We believe that you…

• Enjoy working independently and variably.
• Have experience in the grocery/FMCG sector and understand the everyday life of stores.
• Find it easy to build relationships and see the value in good collaboration.
• Are structured and enjoy planning your days smartly.
• Communicate fluently in Swedish/Norwegian/Finnish and English.
• Live within the district.

We are looking for someone who, like BE-KIND, is passionate about health, sustainability, and making a difference in meeting people. Previous sales experience is a plus, but a genuine interest in developing in the role is equally important.
