Your New Job

We now welcome a physiotherapist to our dedicated team! You will have a varied daily routine where you meet both younger and older citizens with diverse care needs. The workplace varies depending on where the citizen lives, which means that no day is the same as another.

As a physiotherapist, you will work health-promoting with a focus on strengthening the citizen's own resources and ability for rehabilitation. Your role includes independently:

• Assessing and determining the need for appropriate rehabilitation and habilitation measures
• Implementing, documenting, and following up on rehabilitation and habilitation measures based on an individual plan
• Prescribing and testing individual aids
• Providing advice, support, and guidance to care and nursing staff, citizens, and relatives
• You will also contribute to the continuous development of the quality of health and medical care within the social administration

In this role, you will collaborate both internally and externally to create continuity, quality, and citizen safety. The work often takes place in teams with other professionals, such as occupational therapists, nurses, and care staff. You will plan your work independently and have great trust and freedom to shape your workdays based on the needs of the organization. You will also have the opportunity to follow the citizen over time!

Your Competence

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist, preferably with experience in care and nursing work. You have a B driver's license and are accustomed to driving a car.

You have good computer skills and express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. The job requires physical mobility as work takes place in home environments where situations arise that cannot be predicted and must be solved in a manner adapted to the situation.

As a person, you have the ability to take responsibility for your tasks independently and appreciate variation and challenges in your work. You work solution-focused and have a good ability to plan, coordinate, and structure your work. With us, a good reception and professional care of our citizens are always in focus. Welcome to Us

The Health and Medical Care function (HS) consists of 13 interdisciplinary teams, as well as a home team. We have specialist orientations in psychiatry, palliative care, home rehabilitation, dementia, and functional support. Together we are about 460 dedicated employees.

Health and Medical Care Team 3 serves the areas of Skärstad, Kaxholmen, Norrängen, Brunnstorp, parts of central Huskvarna, Vättersnäs, and Öxnehaga. In the service area, there are four nursing homes; Mjölkafållans nursing home, Rosendala nursing home, Skärstadals nursing home, and Öxnebacka nursing home.

Good to Know

The position is a fixed-term full-time position until the end of the year. Start date is by agreement.

Our team office is located in Junexhuset in Huskvarna. Work is scheduled for weekdays during the day, with some duties on public holidays.
