About the position

We are now looking for nursing assistants for care and sorrow, with placements at Lindängen and Solvik elderly homes. In this role, you will contribute daily to creating value for people. Your daily work has great variation, and you have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the quality of life for the care recipients.

At our elderly homes Lindängen and Solvik, your tasks will involve working with the care of the elderly and following each resident's individual implementation plan according to the Social Services Act, both regarding daily care and social activities. Delegation of certain healthcare tasks from the responsible nurse occurs. Solvik elderly home is located in central Tidaholm, and Lindängen elderly home is situated 8 km outside Tidaholm in Ekedalen.

Your tasks also include documenting and registering performed services as well as carrying out health and medical care interventions based on delegation from authorized personnel.

The positions are permanent full-time employment during days/evenings/weekends, and one position involves night shifts, all with immediate start or according to agreement.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and can provide proof of a protected professional title. It is advantageous if you have experience working in elderly care and have previously had delegation for medication and insulin. Training in supervision and experience from lifecare is a plus.

Basic IT skills and computer proficiency are required since computers/smartphones are used in the work for documentation and registration. As a large part of your tasks involves communication and documentation, good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing is required.

As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and stress-resistant. You should have a good ability to work independently. To thrive in the role, you need to have a genuine interest in working with people and thus have a good and respectful approach towards both colleagues and care recipients. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
