We hope you are our new colleague! Our goal is good care and individualized support for the elderly, and by working in teams with nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and care staff, we collaborate around the elderly to achieve this.

The operation is managed by two unit managers who provide close leadership. Magdalenagården is a care and nursing home with 24 somatic places and 42 dementia places spread over six floors. Magdalenagården is perfectly located at Mariatorget with proximity to train and bus connections.

For the right person, there are good development opportunities with us. We are six care and nursing homes in Södermalm in our own management, and we collaborate to work as uniformly as possible. There are good wellness opportunities where the administration has an active wellness program, with wellness grants and the possibility to purchase very affordable annual passes to Stockholm's city swimming halls including gyms. We also offer the possibility of vacation exchange. With us, you work as a nursing assistant on a rolling schedule and every other weekend, and you always have several colleagues on site.

Your qualifications and experience

We are looking for you who are:

• educated nursing assistant with a protected professional title
• proficient in the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

It is meritorious if you:

• have worked with the journal system ParaSOL, but it is not a requirement.
• have experience in elderly care
• have experience with BPSD

Other
