Job Responsibilities:
As a nurse with us, you will lead the nursing work around our patients, which means planning and performing nursing interventions. The psychiatric care focuses on meal support, anxiety management, daily conversations, and the most common treatment method is CBT-E, where we work in phase 1 in inpatient care. Other tasks include medication administration, somatic examinations, and delegations. We also care for patients under LPT, and the work involves participation in coercive measures.

Intermittent employment (hourly employment) during the summer of 2026, primarily during weeks 25-32. Shift work with good working hours.
Qualifications:
You are a licensed nurse, preferably with prior experience, or a strong interest in working in psychiatric care and/or caring for patients with eating disorders. You have previous experience and are confident in the role of team leader. Previous experience in psychiatry and with patients with eating disorders is advantageous, as well as knowledge of the TakeCare journal system.
Personal Qualities:
We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in people and who meets the patient with curiosity and care. You use conversation as a natural tool in your work and always put the patient’s needs at the center. You find it easy to collaborate, take initiative, spread joy at work, and contribute to a safe and positive environment for both patients and colleagues.
