We are looking for a caring and dedicated nursing assistant for our home care service

Do you want to work closely with people, make a difference in someone's daily life, and be a safe point in their home? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

As a nursing assistant with us, you will follow our care recipients in their daily lives and create security through respectful and warm interactions. You will work both independently and together with colleagues, where the goal is always to provide support with dignity and care. The tasks vary and can include everything from personal care and assistance with daily chores to cooking, cleaning, and social interaction.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained nursing assistant and has proof of a protected professional title
• Has a calm, empathetic, and professional demeanor
• Can manage delegated health and medical tasks very well
• Enjoys cooking, housekeeping, and creating a pleasant home environment
• Is engaged with people and has a genuine interest in the profession
• Communicates clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Can take responsibility, work independently, and also be a good team player
• Can cycle and has a B driver's license
