Licensed Doctor Wanted at Primary Care Center Östergötland

We are now looking for a licensed doctor who wants to be part of our meaningful everyday life and who wants to develop the care we offer our patients.

Our Offer

The Primary Care Center Östergötland consists of 33 region-operated health centers, four emergency centers, the Health Center in Finspång, the Child Health Care Unit, the Vaccination Clinic, 1177, and the General Medicine Training Center. We conduct a broad primary care operation where we offer care to everyone throughout their lives; newborns, children, adolescents, adults, the elderly, and patients at the end of life. We are a forward-looking organization with a strong focus on a good working environment, development, and good health. The health center is centrally located in Skäggetorp in pleasant and functional premises. The approximately 9,000 patients registered at the health center largely have a multicultural background, and the patient's meeting and relationship with the care is of particular importance.

Job Description

We offer you a challenging and varied job at our medical clinic. We hope you will be interested in the breadth of the specialty of general medicine and consider a future in primary care. As a doctor with us, you will receive regular, scheduled supervision as well as the opportunity to participate in training together with other colleagues. You will participate in the workplace's weekly doctor meetings and other forums. As support in your work and for supervision beyond your scheduled supervision time, there is a specialist in general medicine available to you as a question doctor. The introduction will be tailored to your needs.

Work Group

About 40 employees from different professions currently work at the health center. There is also a training clinic for doctors trained in other countries.

About You

We are looking for someone with a Swedish medical license (attached to the application). Furthermore, you have Swedish language skills equivalent to level Swedish C1. As you work in constant dialogue with patients, relatives, colleagues, and other operations, it is a requirement that you have very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

As a person, you are confident in yourself and have good collaboration skills. You have good judgment and communicate clearly. It is also important that you are unpretentious, curious to learn new things, and see constructive feedback as a natural part of daily work. You can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
