Falck Ambulance offers services in pre-hospital emergency care and operates ambulance services in Östergötland. As an ambulance caregiver at Falck ambulance services, you will encounter an exciting and varied environment where you, together with a nurse, can be the first on the scene of an accident and collaborate with police, rescue services, and emergency doctors. You are responsible for driving the ambulance during emergencies and ensuring that the correct equipment is always in place so that you can perform your tasks in a patient-safe manner.

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant, with:

• advanced training in ambulance care
• at least 2 years of experience as a nursing assistant in inpatient care
• C1 driver's license with good driving experience and local knowledge.
• good physical condition as heavy lifting of patients occurs and must be able to swim, 200 meters in any swimming style.
• proficient in Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Experience from emergency care, pre-hospital care, or acute care departments.

Other:

• Placement: You will be placed at one of our ambulance stations in Motala, Kisa, Mjölby/Ödeshög. Rotation between stations occurs. We welcome applicants from the entire region, such as those who are willing to commute from places like Tranås, Eksjö, or Västervik.
• Recruitment process: The process includes an interview, driving test, physical test, control with IVO, and an extract from the criminal record. Proof of swimming ability is required.
• Permanently employed starting with a 6-month probationary period. Employment degree and start date according to agreement.
