Paramedic to Falck Ambulance in Östergötland
Falck Ambulance offers services in pre-hospital emergency care and operates ambulance services in Östergötland. As a paramedic at Falck in Östergötland, you are often the first on the scene where your decisions save lives. We are looking for a confident and driven nurse who wants to be part of a team where your skills are challenged and developed every day.
We welcome applications from both those who are registered nurses with relevant experience and those who are specialist nurses in areas such as ambulance, anesthesia, or intensive care.
As a paramedic in Falck's ambulance service, you will encounter an exciting and varied environment where you can use the full range of your professional skills and abilities. As a nurse, you have the medical responsibility in the ambulance, making medical priorities and deciding on care and medical measures based on care needs. All of this happens in close teamwork with a colleague, where your collaboration and knowledge exchange are crucial to ensuring the best possible patient care.
We are looking for you who:
- Are a registered nurse with at least 2 years of experience in inpatient care.
- Have a B driver's license with good driving experience. C1 license is a merit.
- Have good physical condition as heavy lifting of patients occurs and are able to swim - 200 meters in any swimming style.
- Master Swedish in speech and writing.
Meritorious:
- Specialist nurse
- Experience from ambulance or emergency care, anesthesia, or intensive care

Other:
- Placement: You will be placed at one of our ambulance stations in Motala, Kisa, Mjölby/Ödeshög. Rotation between stations occurs. We welcome applicants from the entire region, such as those who are willing to commute from places like Tranås, Eksjö, or Västervik.
- Recruitment process: The process includes an interview, driving test, physical test, check with IVO, and an extract from the criminal record. Proof of swimming ability is required.
- Permanent employment that begins with a 6-month probationary period. Working hours and start date according to agreement.
