Assistant Front Office Manager

Sheraton Stockholm is now seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager who wants to take a central role in the hotel’s Front Office operations.

As the Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the Front Office team in daily operational tasks. You will ensure efficient work processes, a high level of service, and a professional approach in line with Sheraton's and Marriott International's quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operational responsibility in Front Office, including work as Duty Manager
• Scheduling and staffing planning
• Onboarding, training, and development of staff
• Development, implementation, and follow-up of procedures and SOPs
• Responsibility for guest satisfaction through handling guest issues and following up on guest feedback
• Close collaboration with the hotel’s other departments to ensure a cohesive and high-quality guest experience

Qualifications:

• At least three years of experience in a leadership role within Front Office
• Documented leadership skills and a strong sense of responsibility
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Opera PMS is an advantage
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
