About the role As a breakfast and lunch server at Smådalarö Gård, you help set the tone for the guest's day. You primarily work mornings and daytime with breakfast, lunch, a la carte, conferences, and larger events, where each meeting is an opportunity to contribute to Sweden's best customer experiences in food and meetings.

You are responsible for ensuring that the dining room is well-prepared and of high quality, knowledgeable about the menus and contents, and providing guests with a warm and professional welcome. You handle orders and payments carefully, check the cash register as needed, and ensure that the restaurant is always clean, inviting, and ready for the next service.

You work closely with the kitchen, bar, and head waiter in a team characterized by responsibility, respect, and the goal of always creating a satisfied customer. The position is a seasonal employment with a start date according to agreement during June–August.

Your profile We are looking for someone with experience in serving from a restaurant or hotel, or who has a strong desire to learn and develop within the service profession. You are passionate about providing a warm and professional welcome and understand that the details make a difference in the overall experience.

You are engaged, flexible, and solution-oriented with an open attitude. You thrive in collaboration with others, take responsibility for your role, and actively contribute to a positive work environment. Even in a fast-paced environment, you maintain calm, structure, and a smile.

You speak fluent Swedish and English. An interest in food and beverages is an advantage.

The working hours are primarily scheduled between 06:00–17:00.
