Assistant Chef / Head Chef wanted at Ingarö Golf – Värmdö

Do you want to work in an inspiring environment at one of Värmdö's most well-established golf facilities? We are now looking for an Assistant Chef / Head Chef for the restaurant at Ingarö Golf.

We are a close-knit and cheerful team that has successfully operated the restaurant for five years. You will work in a completely new, large, and modern kitchen with excellent conditions to deliver high-quality food in a pleasant working environment.

About the role

We are looking for someone who can:

• Handle a fast pace and work structured under stress
• Plan purchases and be responsible for kitchen economy
• Ensure quality, ingredient management, and profitability
• Cook classic Swedish home-cooked meals – with a little extra
• Be involved in menu development and contribute creativity

We are looking for someone who:

• Is driven and self-sufficient
• Has a genuine interest in cooking
• Has good leadership skills
• Is quality-conscious and meticulous
• Thrives with responsibility and working in a team
