About the Position

The position of Salesperson/Advisor at Växjö Markisfabrik AB is a full-time direct employment. We apply individual salary setting where a fixed monthly salary is included as part of the employment terms. We are looking for a salesperson who understands that the customer always has the highest priority, that small details are not forgotten, and that accurate measurements and communication both internally and with the customer are crucial for a good deal!

You will be part of a small team that together strives to meet customers in the best possible way. The role has a varied content including booking and conducting home visits to both private individuals and companies as well as in our store.
Together with the customer, you will discuss colors, shapes, and measurements, a basis from which you will create quotes and agreements. The catchment area is approximately six miles from Växjö where you will independently be responsible for planning, executing, and proactively driving your workdays towards good results.
Working hours are between 8-17 or 9-18 on weekdays and between 10-13 every third Saturday during the peak season. You have access to a pool car and will start from our office at Annavägen 2 in Växjö.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with at least post-secondary education and several years of practical experience as an outside salesperson, preferably with some technical orientation. If you have experience in construction technology or good contacts within the real estate and/or construction industry, this can be an advantage. We also prefer that you have an interest in new technology as the work is conducted out at customer sites using your mobile or computer.
If you have a sense of color and form and a genuine interest in customer relations and the entire sales process, we believe you could thrive and develop long-term with us at Växjö Markisfabrik! You have a good ability to prioritize and plan and are used to handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Växjö Markisfabrik is a family-owned company with a long tradition in manufacturing and selling sun protection. In our own sewing department and workshop, we manufacture all types of awnings, blinds, roller blinds, pleated shades, and vertical blinds.
