What Does the Role Offer?
In the role of administrator at PS Energi, your main tasks will be a mix of administrative duties, customer contact, and practical tasks in the warehouse, where the emphasis is on the practical. Providing good service to customers while being an engaged and motivated colleague will be your everyday life. You support your colleagues in daily tasks, contribute to a good community, and have the chance to meet customers both over the phone and in person. You will do everything from discussing oils, detergents, and lubricants with customers to simpler forklift driving to keep the warehouse organized.
Examples of What Your Tasks Will Include:
- Order administration via phone, email, and customer visits
- Packing orders and handling freight orders
- Invoicing
- Delivering goods to customers
- Supporting and assisting colleagues in daily work
- Driving a forklift in the warehouse and keeping the station clean
You will become part of a family-oriented company where team spirit and customer focus are evident. The position is located at PS Energi's office in Ljungby, and you preferably live in the nearby area within commuting distance.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who is interested in customer interaction and vehicles. You have a knack for both practical and administrative tasks. You have likely started your career but do not need to have extensive experience. What matters is your personality and attitude. You easily take on new tasks and work carefully and structured. Customer service is something you enjoy and excel at.
The most important thing for us is your positive attitude; everyone is a team player and problem solver who helps each other in everyday life. By being a spreader of joy, you contribute to a good work environment.
- Basic computer skills
- Not afraid to drive a forklift and do physical work. Forklift license is a plus
- You speak and write Swedish fluently
