Retail Salesperson - Hardware Products:

As a retail salesperson at Stål & Verktyg, you are in constant contact with our customers, driving the store, and striving to provide the best service and build long-term customer relationships. Our store team is an important part of an effective sales team that quickly and professionally responds to customer requests and sells our products and services.

The tasks are very varied as you are responsible for both the assortment, various suppliers, and continuously developing the store's attractiveness, as well as helping our customers find the right products for their needs and operations.

Experience:

As a Retail Salesperson at Stål & Verktyg, you already have experience and knowledge of working with parts of our broad range of hardware products. You know where a tap, a welding electrode, and a grinding disc belong through your previous work with industrial and construction products but now want to learn even more. As a person, you love to sell, have an easy time connecting with new people, and are skilled at building long-term relationships. You are communicative and have a great understanding of customers' different needs. Furthermore, you have good organization and attention to detail, and when you are given responsibility, you grow with the task and strive to meet set goals and tasks, and you are not one to give up easily. The challenge is simply to deliver knowledge, service of the highest quality, and to create a high level of customer satisfaction.

The position is full-time with a fixed monthly salary and is located in Växjö. A collective agreement is in place.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for you who has experience in similar work and is ready to show commitment and has the right drive. Experience with our broad range such as fastening, welding, tools, and machinery is a clear advantage, as well as proficiency in the Swedish language.
