Job Description

We are looking for a business-driven project manager to further strengthen our team in Gothenburg.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for steering, leading, and coordinating the various parts of the projects while ensuring that all components are continuously monitored and align with the project's overall goals. Your focus will be on working towards set objectives and independently driving projects from quotation to final delivery, with particular responsibility for creating sustainable and long-term customer relationships. Your ability to take initiative and lead projects with a business focus is central to this role.

You will be responsible for project planning and budgeting as well as workplace safety issues, which requires both strategic thinking and a deep understanding of all phases of the project. By actively creating, developing, and maintaining good customer relationships, you will play an important role in our continued success and growth.

Qualifications

We are looking for a driven and experienced Site Manager or Project Manager in the construction industry who is ready to take the next step in their career. You have completed relevant education and have good knowledge of Bas-P/U, contract law, and BAM.

We value you as a social and positive person, who has a professional demeanor and strong business acumen. You enjoy driving projects forward and building long-term relationships both internally and externally by being attentive and solution-oriented. You have a communicative demeanor, with the ability to set demands in a humble and unpretentious manner, which encourages your surroundings to collaborate and work towards common goals. You also have the ability to see the big picture, are structured, and can handle multiple projects simultaneously without losing focus. We see that you are skilled at making detailed analyses and drawing business conclusions, and since communication is an important part of the role, you can explain economic and technical concepts clearly and convincingly in both Swedish and English.

In this role, you will be a key person in driving successful projects, which places high demands on your discipline and structure to manage various responsibilities. Lastly, you are also accustomed to working in the Office suite and hold a valid driver's license (B), which is a requirement as travel is included in the job.
