HSB plans, finances, builds, and manages housing throughout Sweden – currently a total of approximately 25,000 rental apartments and 340,000 condominium apartments.

HSB Södra Norrland operates in Gävleborg, Västernorrland, and Jämtland. We serve about 450 condominium associations and other property owners with a comprehensive range of management services. HSB also has about 2,000 rental apartments in the area. We have nearly 230 skilled employees who now need reinforcement. We are looking for property caretakers for summer temporary positions during weeks 26-33 in Härnösand.

Responsibilities and tasks

As a property caretaker with us, you work closely with the customer. The work is varied and social. The tasks mainly involve the maintenance of both the interior and exterior property environments.

Experience

Experience in property maintenance and gardening is desirable. Education in technical management and a wheel loader license is advantageous. In the position of property caretaker, it is required that you master the Swedish language in both speech and writing, and that you have a B driver's license for manual transmission.

In the role of property caretaker, you are HSB's face to the outside world. Qualities such as attention to detail, a sense of responsibility, and commitment are important to fulfill the assignment and deliver with high quality. The work requires that you are structured and have the ability to work both independently and in a team.
