HSB plans, finances, builds, and manages housing throughout Sweden – currently totaling approximately 25,000 rental apartments and 340,000 condominium apartments.

HSB Södra Norrland operates in Gävleborg, Västernorrland, and Jämtland. We serve about 450 condominium associations and other property owners with a comprehensive range of management services. HSB also has approximately 2,000 rental apartments in the area. We have nearly 230 skilled employees who now need reinforcement. We are looking for property caretakers and cleaners for summer substitutes in Örnsköldsvik.

Responsibilities and Tasks

As a property caretaker and cleaner with us, you work closely with the customer. The work is varied and social. The tasks primarily involve the maintenance of internal and external property environments as well as cleaning.

Experience

Experience in property maintenance, gardening, and/or cleaning is desirable. Education in technical management and a wheel loader license is an advantage. The position requires proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as well as a B driver's license for manual transmission.

In the role of property caretaker and cleaner, you are HSB's face to the outside world. Qualities such as attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and commitment are important to fulfill the assignment and deliver high quality. The work requires you to be structured and capable of working both independently and in a team.
