We are now looking for another colleague who wants to help develop our operations together with us.
Our workplace is beautifully located in Margaretas park, right in the center of Mullsjö, with convenient commuting options whether you take a car, bus, or train. Here you will find a work environment where collaboration, care, and professional development are in focus.
We are also facing an exciting future. In 2028, we will move into a brand new care center, with construction starting in the autumn of 2026. In the new building, the health center, dental care, child health care, and municipal health and medical care will be gathered under one roof. A modern and close care environment where we together create the best possible conditions for our patients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a nurse in the Health and Medical Care Unit, you will play an important role in creating safe and close care for residents of the municipality who are enrolled in home care. You will meet patients in their everyday lives, in regular housing, in our special accommodations, and in group homes.
Your duties include standard health and medical care tasks:
- Assessing, planning, and implementing care interventions
- Being responsible for medication management and medical treatments
- Documenting in the journal systems Combine and Cosmic Link
- Collaborating closely with relatives and other caregivers to create safe and cohesive care
- Supervising colleagues and students and contributing to the development and quality of the operations
You will be part of an engaged team consisting of twelve permanent employed nurses and district nurses, a coordinating nurse, a nursing assistant, three occupational therapists, two physiotherapists, an administrator, and a unit manager.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and who wants a role with both responsibility and variety.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
It is an advantage if you have specialist training in psychiatry, dementia, palliative care, or are a district nurse.
