Your Responsibilities

We are looking for an engaged and knowledgeable A-drafter who is accustomed to delivering on time and with good quality. In this role, you will work on creating and developing proposal drawings for various construction projects based on customer requests for different house models. Tasks included in this position are to prepare building permit documents (drawings and documentation), prepare work order drawings, prepare simplified fire protection documentation, and maintain contact with salespeople, designers, construction managers, and production managers among others in the factory. You should enjoy development and improvement as the role involves continuously developing and improving house models.

Your Background/Your Qualities

Applicants should have a post-secondary education in architecture, building design, building formulation, or equivalent. You already have good knowledge and experience working primarily in Revit but preferably also in AutoCAD. Your general computer skills are very good, and you express yourself fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English. We would like you to have designed/constructed/projected houses within residential development or production. It is an advantage if you have experience from, for example, an architectural office or building permit department, or from the prefab industry in the small house sector as an A-drafter. You are well acquainted with the Planning and Building Act and the National Board of Housing, Building and Planning's building regulations.

Prominent personal qualities include being service-oriented and skilled at finding a good balance between pace, delivering on time, and with good quality. The position is a permanent full-time job at LB-Hus located in Bromölla. We have a strong presence culture, and you will collaborate with several colleagues, so you will be based at the LB-Hus office. Start date is as soon as possible upon agreement.
