As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving technical projects from order to completed solution. You will ensure that technical documentation, documentation, and solutions are of high quality and that projects are carried out according to the agreed plan and specifications.
The projects vary in size and complexity, creating a dynamic and technically diverse everyday work life. You will work closely with both customers and internal functions, playing a central role in translating technical requirements into functioning process solutions.

The production facility and headquarters are located in Bromölla in southern Sweden. The company has had a significant presence in the Thai market for about 20 years, and in 2024, a company was opened in Thailand to handle the increasing spare parts sales. About the role
As a Project Manager, you will work in a technically oriented role where you are responsible for driving customer projects from contract to completed facility. The role has a clear focus on process technology, system understanding, and technical solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating technical projects
- Ensuring structure, planning, and progress
- Working with process technical solutions and issues
- Interpreting and creating technical documentation such as specifications and flowcharts, and P&ID
- Performing technical calculations in the form of mass balances and dimensioning appropriate process equipment based on these
- Maintaining ongoing dialogue with customers, suppliers, and internal functions
- Participating in startups and installations at customer sites
The role involves travel of approximately 25–80 days per year.
Requirements
- Engineering degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or similar
- At least 5 years of experience in the process industry
- Good technical understanding and interest in process technology
- Ability to interpret technical documentation such as flowcharts and drawings
- Understanding of pumps, flows, and system construction
- Driver's license B
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
Meritorious
- Experience in process technical calculations
- Experience in technical project management or similar responsibilities
- Experience from related industries such as food, chemicals, water treatment, or paper industry
- Experience in international operations
